Rochelle is also an Honorary Teaching Fellow in Optometry and Vision Science, and is a member of the New Zealand Association of Optometrists (NZAO).

Rochelle van Eysden is the Owner and Director of both Barrington Eye Care, and The Visionary Prebbleton, and has been providing the best in optical care to patients of all ages in the Canterbury region since 1998.

As well as performing the eye examination, we will assist you in choosing a frame that suits you and the best lens for your needs. We will also adjust the frame to fit you and dispense the glasses to ensure the optimum result. You can expect complete optical care at our practice.”

Suney Cheung

BOptom

Suney graduated from the University of Auckland in 2008 with a Bachelor of Optometry. He then worked in a private practice that specialised in specialty contact lenses and low vision.

Suney has a keen interest in children’s vision, specifically myopia control spectacle lenses and Orthokeratology contact lenses. He has over 7 years experience in fitting hard lenses for eye conditions such as keratoconus and irregular corneas.
